HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
We use Stripe and PayPal as a payment gateway on our website which means you can complete your shopping with PayPal account or any credit card.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
All Orders Over $70 Ship FREE! (Tracking Enabled)
For orders between $50-$70 shipping costs 2.95 (Tracking Enabled)
For orders up to $50 shipping costs 4.95 (Tracking Enabled)
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ITEM TO ARRIVE?
Some of our fulfillment centers are overseas and some are in the US. In most cases, order processing takes between 3-5 days. Once an order is processed, all item(s) usually take 2 - 4 weeks to reach your mailbox once it's been marked shipped. We advice you to check our Shipping page for estimated shipping times based on countries.
NOTE: Free and promotional items are not included in this timeline. For free and promotional items our customers may not receive tracking information as well.
NOTE: Discount coupons are not available to use for FREE items.
We ship worldwide and items can experience delays when going through customs. It can also take less time and in very rare cases it can take up to 30+ days to receive your product(s).
I ORDERED MULTIPLE ITEMS, WHY DID I ONLY RECEIVE ONE?
We run things a little differently here at Flexy Buy, when you order multiple items, sometimes they will be shipped separately. Don’t worry if you don’t see all of your items arrive at the same time. They’re usually just a couple days behind.
The reason we do this is to get you the best absolute deal from our suppliers.

These emails are sent quickly, but may take as long as a few hours to show up (or more if there is a problem with email beyond our control). Make sure you check your junk mail folder to ensure that the missing docs aren’t located there.

If this happens to you, just contact us as soon as you can and we should be able to make changes. However, we can't make any promises.
So please be sure to contact as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your order!

As long as your order has not been damaged, worn or washed, we’re happy to refund orders where defective products or wrong sizes arrived at your home. Please send the order back within 30 days of receipt for refund or replacement.
